Agree. DDT is the answer. Interestingly, DDT is not mentioned in the article but is mentioned in the comments following the article:Sounds like a FReeper, doesn't it?

10 million is still smaller than the 1918 pandemic.

The Mosquito Killer by MALCOLM GLADWELL

The chief proponent of that view was a largely forgotten man named Fred Soper, who ranks as one of the unsung heroes of the twentieth century. With DDT as his weapon, Soper almost saved the world from one of its most lethal afflictions. Had he succeeded, we would not today be writing DDT’s obituary. We would view it in the same heroic light as penicillin and the polio vaccine.

Nowhere in “Silent Spring” did Carson acknowledge that the chemical she was excoriating as a menace had, in the two previous decades, been used by malariologists to save somewhere in the vicinity of ten million lives. Nor did she make it clear how judiciously the public-health community was using the chemical. By the late fifties, health experts weren’t drenching fields and streams and poisoning groundwater and killing fish. They were leaving a microscopic film on the inside walls of houses; spraying every house in a country the size of Guyana, for example, requires no more DDT in a year than a large cotton farm does.

I actually look at this differently than most of the comments here laughing at the sky is falling meme. Personally I would be a little more afraid....the elite usually broadcast their next step. When you consider what Gates owns I would be very leary.

Gates never met a “crisis” he couldn’t invest in. “Coincidentally”he bought pesticide-producers stock last week.

My impression, but it’s probably true.

I’d rather that Bill Gates worry about the bugs in his company’s software programs than worrying about flying bugs.

Yeah, whatever.

The Spanish Flu wiped out 18 million, with less than 1/2 our current global population.

California truly cannot afford DoJ getting a look at their voter rolls. There are surely at least a million illegals’ names on them. In California illegals vote in state and local elections legally. The ballots they are given are the same as the ballots given to citizens and to the legal aliens who also vote in California elections but they are not supposed to vote for national offices. The registrars tell them (as in the Veritas undercover vids) to “go ahead and vote the whole ballot-who’s gonna know?”

What happens when mosquitoes slam into the World Trade Center at top speed? What happens when mosquitoes visit a concert in Paris? In England? What happens when mosquitoes attack on a London bridge? How successful have mosquitoes been at strapping explosives around their waists? Sorry, but I’m not as scared of insects as liberals want me to be.
