Is your practice mostly middle-class, or inner city?

In a 2009 NIH study of "urban girls" (89% of participants black), under "age of first intercourse", 25% of girls had sex by 13, 50% by 14, 75% by 15.

My experience makes me agree with the study. Sad, but true.
