Was normally pleasant. But, he was a time bomb waiting to go off.
Why wasn't this man deported?

A medical degree from a medical school in the Caribbean (except,perhaps,from the Bahamas or Virgin Islands) should be a huge red flag for any hospital in a major city.I've never heard of Bronx Lebanon but it's affiliated with Mount Sinai Medical School,an outstanding school.
Unless affirmative action is involved (city,state,Federal) somebody bleeped up big time by granting him privileges there.
