There is a reason why the mainstream news media and the Democratic Party are in an uproar: They’ve been left out of the political equation by a player who understands the game better than they do. And that player is President Trump, who has conducted a masterful war against his media foes over the last 72 hours, launching a series of strategic tweets that deemed the hostile press not only “fake” but “fraudulent.”
The president himself declared that he was the victor to his 31 million Twitter followers, adding one more telling tweet that summarizes his very effective skill set: “My use of social media is not Presidential — it’s MODERN DAY PRESIDENTIAL,” Mr. Trump advised.
“Trump is Trump. He does what he does, which is what he did during the campaign and before. And now, in the White House, he has enlisted his media adversaries, wittingly or not, in a campaign against ‘fake news’ that resonates with his core supporters,” writes Byron York, a columnist for the Washington Examiner, who says that those who engage in “sloppy fights” with Mr. Trump often emerge diminished in the aftermath.
“President Trump knows how to communicate directly with his supporters by using Twitter and having campaign-style rallies. His supporters like this because they see President Trump fight the mainstream media,” writes J. Marsalo, a contributor to American Thinker, who adds that journalists fear Mr. Trump is making them irrelevant.....

It is just not a good idea to get into a barroom brawl with a guy weighs 400 lbs. and is covered in tattoos. He is basically telling you he doesn’t mind pain and you cant hurt him anyway.
Notice how the enemedia is too busy boo-hooing and attacking Trump for attacking them after they attacked him to have time to attack him for anything else, like say, the Russian BS?
Trump’s figured out that they’re gonna attack him 24x7x365, so he may as well control what the attack him for, which is real easy: he just tweets something and they attack his tweet and they don’t have the time, or the energy or the wit to attack him for anything else.
The enemedia is like a cat that way: they can concentrate on only a single thing at any give time.
So Trump’s doing the “Oh, look a squirrel!” thing with his tweets, and the enemedia is falling for it every time.
Rope a dope is working to perfection.
If Trump can destroy or at least severely damage the leftist propaganda media and what remains of their credibility, that could well be his greatest accomplishment. If these partisan manipulators would simply come clean about pushing left-wing narratives, they wouldn’t be that big of a threat. But they are pretending to be “reporters” of the “news,” and that is very dangerous because some people are still gullible enough to believe them without question.
Since the election, the anti-democratic propagandists in the MSM have been devoting almost all their efforts to overturning the election that appalled them as good little leftists. They are a threat to our values, our system of government, and any basic notion of what actual “news” is. One of the best things that can happen for our nation is for these manipulators to be exposed as they really are.

The media is just jealous because they went in front of the world and said Obama was an expert with social media.
Media King Canute commanded that his chair should be set on the shore, when the twitter tide began to rise. And then he spoke to the rising tweets saying “You are part of my dominion, and the ground that I am seated upon is mine, nor has anyone disobeyed my orders with impunity. Therefore, I order you not to rise onto my land, nor to wet the clothes or body of your Lord”.
