It is news, because the homosexuals are special, and have a special place in the culture now. So whatever happens in that community is deemed to be big news to the rest of us.
Yep, when you get right down to it, it’s just a story of a business relocating. This happens all the time.
Many don’t know, but most businesses operate in leased space. If the lease runs out, if the rent is going to be raised and the business owners want to find cheaper space elsewhere, they will do so. This happens all the time.
If this place was that special, such an icon if you will, the homosexual community could have bought the building themselves, so that they would own it and not have to move.
Next owner/leaser gonna need about 5,000 gallons of chlorine bleach..

Probably because the tourists get freaked out when they go in the bathroom and witness multiple acts of orgiastic butt sex. For my part, when I stayed in South Beach I used the bathroom in my hotel room and only after rigorous cleansing.
Hint:
Go to the Rx, get a couple bottles of isopropyl alcohol, pin prick the foil seal under the cap and squirt it on everything. Try not to smoke while doing this.

My buddy’s parents own a beach front cottage on Cape cod. went back 2 summers ago and we went under a bridge that we used to hang out at to drink beers as teens, the place was littered with something like a hundred used condoms and empty tubes of K-Y jelly.
