“Traitor Roberts needs to resign so he can spend more time with his buddies on Malta.”

The House can impeach, and the Senate can remove any federal judge including the Chief Justice.

For some reason, throughout the history of the republic, Congress has been reluctant to hold justices accountable for upholding the Constitution by using the impeachment process. Judges who are not afraid of impeachment will not be accountable to the word, letter, and meaning of the Constitution.

How in the heck did I miss that, never knew. I think that needs to be discussed a lot more.

Starting with the guy in Hawaii.

I was wondering if Roberts could remain a justice but the office of “Chief Justice” could be given to one of the other justices....would the senate have to concur or could Trump just do it?
