Seems to me the Bush’s are entrenched members of the establishment, the global elite if you will. President G.W. Bush nominated Roberts. Could it be the Chief Bird nominated one of the feather?

Supreme Court justices seem to have been a fifty-fifty proposition for the Bushes. For every Thomas or Alito they nominate a Roberts or Sutter. I’ll also remind you that Reagan was responsible for Justice Kennedy.
