(b) National tort reform (c) $5,000-a-year healthcare tax credit for all individuals - for co-pays, deductibles, premiums, out-of-pocket expenses, charitable contributions to another healthcare, or contributions to an HSA. (d) Abolish the FDA and let a non-profit, Consumer Reports-type organization regulate and educate Americans about drugs (e) End the discrimination on homeopathic or holistic treatment (hemp seeds are the most nutritious foods in the world) (f) End the AMA's stranglehold on licensing
