The Trudeau government is dismissing severe criticism from the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops over the administration’s linkage of foreign aid with abortion funding.
Trudeau’s, development minister, Marie-Claude Bibeau, called abortion a “tool to end poverty” in an interview with CTV News.
The bishops’ president, Douglas Crosby, had written to Canadian Foreign Affairs Minister Chrystia Freeland on June 29, condemning the Liberal government’s equating “women’s rights with the right to abortion and ‘sexual reproductive rights'” and asked why the federal government was insisting that these “rights are at the core of Canadian foreign policy.”
Crosby continued: “Has Canada forgotten that for a considerable population (both within Canada and abroad) the unborn child is regarded as a human being created by God and worthy of life and love? This moral position can be found among Jews, Muslims, Hindus, Orthodox Christians, a number of Protestant Christians, Roman and Eastern Catholics, in addition to many other people of good will, including non-believers.”
But Trudeau minister Bibeau insists foreign aid will only be dispensed if that aid includes funding for abortion in the Third World. …

“abortion” is to reduce the birthrate BELOW a rate that can sustain the high level of new working contributors to the ponzi-scheme government retirement benefit schemes, so that massive immigration, culture destroying immigration, is REQUIRED to keep the social security ponzi scheme going.

Brilliant! The way to end rape is to have every woman give herself up to every man that wants her.
The ONLY WAY abortion can be used to reduce poverty, reduce population, etc is if it is NOT VOLUNTARY.
And make no mistake, that is the end goal here. They yammer on and one about “choice” but the end game is that women (and men) would have no choice. The government would decide whether or not you can have and keep a child. This is what it has always been about since day one.
Even then, it does not “reduce poverty”.
Women cannot have babies on their own.
It takes two create a new person.
Perhaps the mother of Marie-Claude Bibeau should have utilized this “tool”.
Abortions are only for white people.
Could you imagine the outrage if we dispatched a bunch of white to the Third World to perform abortions on the native populace? "We're here to kill your babies!"

They don't want abortions. We can't even get them to use the free birth control we give them. They want babies and they have them.
