New GOP health care bill could allow cheaper plans with fewer benefits
CNN ^ | July 13, 2017 | Lauren Fox, Tami Luhby, MJ Lee and Ted Barrett,

The new bill includes major changes to the original. One of the most significant was the inclusion of an amendment by Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, which would allow insurers offering Obamacare plans to also offer cheaper, bare-bones policies. The amendment was included in an effort to earn more conservative support, but could also drive away some moderates who fear the amendment could drive up premiums for those with pre-existing conditions.

This part sounds very good. There are many people who don't want to sign up and pay for some all-inclusive plans, but want to have insurance, in case something catastrophic happens.

The purpose of insurance is too protect you from catastrophes, not pay for every band-aid, but the US feral government perverted it to that.

Why not a HEALTH SHARE plan that eliminates HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANIES altogether?

Cheaper homes with fewer rooms.
Cheaper cars with fewer options.
Cheaper meals with fewer courses.

Isn’t that how it’s SUPPOSED to work?

These so called moderates are so concerned about increased premiums for people with pre-existing conditions but not about increased premiums for families without them, you know younger families trying to get by and provide protection for their families as well as getting by without having to go into debt for years because they have a baby and have to pay a 6000 dollar deductible.

First, these idiot RINOs promised to REPEAL this turd.

Second, since these idiot RINOs won’t keep their promise the next best option is to support this free market alternative then vote the idiot RINOs out of office.

CNN is trying to make this sound like a bad thing. After ACA, I found that I had a more expensive plan with fewer benefits. THAT was a bad thing.

Republicans just can’t bring themselves to totally stop trying to control our lives.

Why not entirely stop dictating what must be sold and controlling what we can or must purchase?

Me: Hi.
Auto Insurance Salesman: What can I do for you?
Me: I’d like to buy collision insurance for my brand new Ferrari.
AIS: I can help with that. Does your car have any Pre-existing Conditions?
Me: Yes. I totaled it yesterday and can’t afford to fix it without insurance.
AIS: Not a problem. There is no extra charge for P-E C.

This, from the liberal dreamland brought to you by Schumer and friends.

Now that McConnell has gotten their attention???? time for PDT to address a JOINT MEETING of ALL Rs, Cs, & RINOs prior AUG break

“Ladies, Gentlemen & others
I have advised Sen McConnell it would be best for you all to go home and think about what it will be like for my administration to back primarying every last one of you in your next election.
Don’t say we will ‘lose’ the House & or Senate, ask yourselves ‘What good does us having a majority do - OTHER than have chairmanships?’ which are useless as long as you are fighting ME.
I will advise you that I am signing an EO - right before your eyes - Dropping ALL exemptions.

All people will be covered by BOSCARE. PERIOD.

Well, have a nice vacation and make sure you ‘leakers’ get ALL my words as spoken to your respective clowns’

You also might not want (or need) ObGyn coverage for labor & delivery or Neo-natal critical care either, depending in your age and/or lifestyle.

Nor do I need substance abuse coverage. I gave up drinking the day ObaMao was sworn into office.

When I was a kid this was the kind of insurance that was around. Called Major Medical. It did not cover me and my broken arm ($650 in 1972). But guys that my Dad worked with benefited from it when lung cancer forced lung removal, or my aunt with her several heart attacks, but she qualified for the new Medicare in 1967.

Yeah, substance abuse coverage not needed nor wanted!

Obamacare forced all of these "must cover" fringe benefits to care for their extreme supporters, such as "gender reassignment surgery and counseling!"

If I'm demanding to "reassign my gender," why the heck do I then need to be counseled, pray tell?
