Mitt Romney is a miserable, lying sleazebag who will say anything at all that serves his own personal interests at any given moment.
In 2012, when he wanted (and received) Trumps endorsement for his doomed presidential campaign, he spoke about about Trump in the most glowing, obsequious terms:
Romney thanks Trump for endorsement.
But in 2016, all of a sudden Trump was a liar, a con man and a failure as a business man.
As the above video shows, Romney doesn't have an ounce of integrity. He isn't a nice guy. He's a despicable rat and a total fake who is only "nice" when it serves his own unprincipled interests.
If you are honest than you admit that I am right.
Yes, this particular paragraph made me gag because of the globalist UNIPARTY swamp characters described in it, but it also helps drive the point that conservative voters, via the feckless and duplicitous republican party, have been playing political bean bag for decades against a radical left who live and act by a code of lies, theft and even violence if required to gain/maintain power and achieve their goals by any means necessary.
Trump threw a giant grenade into the left's plans and put them in a political rout. Now, like the Germans of 1944, they are in retreat, throwing up obstacles, engaged in any form of warfare to stop him and reverse the tide.
Yes, Trump fights. That's EXACTLY why we chose him over a crowded republican field of cordial status quo losers and elected him.
I think the author is using “nice” in the current meaning of the word where it equates to amiable and pleasant, all pertaining to manner and not to traits.
I deplore the common usage because saying someone was nice used to mean that you could depend on them to act from honorable motives. But in speaking to young adult relatives the term no longer is a values judgement. So Romney is amiable and soft spoken in public seems OK. He is an SOB but he cloaks it well.
