Then having created - manufactured - the excuse to spy on Trump, Obama then uses the mere fact that he was as “evidence” of “collusion” with “Russia”. 5. Can you imagine Putin unaware of and disapproving of what Obama et al were doing? NO. 6. In sum, who was in “collusion” with “Russians” to meddle in the election? Obama et al.
