I saw some AARs from the Balkan that indicated power grids were shorted with graphite droppings from F-22s. Would be interested to see similar primary source reports from Iraq if EMPs were used.
Not an expert on EMP... During the Desert Storm, Balkan conflict and Iraqi Freedom there were several reports of widespread power outages due to EA-6B and F-18G Growlers blasting high powered and directed microwaves during flight ops.
With the right frequency and power anything will fry.
