The stories you see here are probably very typical of the dealings you see in any privately financed real estate project in New York City. There’s a reason why the place never has trouble attracting people to live there even though it’s a ridiculously expensive place to do business.
I would think it would violate civil rights laws to NOT sell or lease to specific groups.
