SCOTUS has been making law for decades ... just most people aren’t effected and so don’t notice. Just consider it one more privilege that has been revoked. We have no rights enshrined in the Constitution; only Treaty Tribes and their members have Rights ... we have mere privileges according to SCOTUS ...

Gosh, but other conservatives told me over and over again the fact the SCOTUS appointees "judicial philosophy" was "originalist" magically meant they wouldn't ever do that.
