They don’t need to get fake IDs at flea markets anymore. They get to go to the DMV in places like Cali and NY and get legitimate ones. Hell, even Georgia gives illegals, drivers licenses.
NY did something where they gave ID to thousands of illegals and there was a stipulation in the law that their histories would be wiped from the database. So, there would be no way of knowing where they came from or something like that.
