He didn’t like the AT&T trucks parked in front of his home. So he shot them.

A trick from when I was very young: There was an ongoing ‘feud’ between my older brother and this jerk in the neighborhood. Mr. Jerk had a very nice clean ride: ‘56 Chevy, (if memory serves). My brother put a ping pong ball in his gas tank. Causes no issues until the tank is low. Kills the engine, engine restarts, then dies again as the ball blocks the suction to the fuel line. Mr. Jerk went nuts trying to figure it out. He eventually sold the car to a friend of my brother, who knew what the problem was.

The proper way is to cut the valve steam with diagonals. Thats sufficient.

Even easier, find something small (like the prong of a broken hair clip you find in the bed of the offending, mis-parked truck) and jam it into the valve enough to let all the air out while the dipwad owner is watching a movie. No damage at all, and, in the case I'm familiar with, no spare... ;-)

With companies like that, the big mouth jackarses behind the phones treat the customers like dog doo. The poor workers who have to work on scene with the customers take the flak.

I detest AT&T, but I doubt I’d go this far to express it

You're right, four tires is excessive when only one would get the message across.

He didn’t like the AT&T work trucks in front of his Hialeah home, so Jorge Jove...

...

That’s quite a name pronounced in Spanish. I’m surprised it took him this long to snap.

Being an X Bell head 1st place I looked was in the bucket as it was up. Its not up with no one in it. Finally saw the guys hard hat.

He musta been scared shitless. Towards the end the nut job was yelling something at him.

Bet the supervisors asked the guys what took them so long to complete the job.

I was held up at gun point while on the job in Ft Laud, one block behind the PD on Broward Blvd. coming off a pole.
Called 911 imediatley after.
Cops interviewed me for about an hour and gave me a calling card.

Got into the garage that night and the boss asked why I didn’t complete all the sheets.

I threw the Detectives card on his desk and told him, Call this guy and ask him.
Company never asked if I was upset,OK, or anything. They didn’t give a crap and Iam sure they created these two techs the same.

Hialeah requires a passport stamped for Cuba.

How did the guy (filming) know that the shooter wouldn’t turn the gun on him?

I guess it was good he did this to some trucks and not his neighbors and can be locked up. He must be really crazy.
Imagine what his ATT bill will be next month!

If you want a vehicle to move shooting out the tires is counterproductive.

Well, as much of an idiot as Jorge is for this action, he is at least better than the cop Noor who shot across his partner and killed the woman who had called 911. At least Jorge identified and knew his target before he started shooting, unlike the cop.

Should have got a valve stem core remover and let the air out slowly, then used an ice pick on the sidewalls of the tires... then rescrewthe valve cores.

Too much effort. I remember from younger days, guys I knew would remove the valve stem letting the air out, then coat the valve stem with glue and reinsert it so it can't take air again. Whole wheel would have to be dismounted to have valve stem replaced. Do it to all four wheels and car would be immobilized.

Hard to get a ping pong ball past the nozzle restrictor plate in modern cars.

Did I say you were old? :-)
