Nut case without a case. This guy is truly irrational. How does he think the phone company is going to repair overhead lines without parking a bucket truck under the lines? What a moron. Well, as much of an idiot as Jorge is for this action, he is at least better than the cop Noor who shot across his partner and killed the woman who had called 911. At least Jorge identified and knew his target before he started shooting, unlike the cop.
