Mueller found the man (Trump), now he’ll find the crime
Legal Insurrection ^ | July 20, 2017 | William A. Jacobson

[snip] As posted earlier, the Mueller team appears to be larger in size than would be needed for an investigation into Russian meddling in the election, something I pointed out in Mueller legal team approaching size of entire US Attorney’s Office for Rhode Island.

That team and its staffing suggest that Trump would be at risk even if there was no underlying crime, Trump at risk from Comey/Mueller: If “they don’t get you on the crime, they get you on the process”.

Actually Nixon got Robert Bork to fire them. That’s why the Democrats screwed him.

Trump is protected by God. The Lord God put him there and nothing will touch him.

Let’s see where it goes.

There is no evidence of collusion to commit a crime.

Trumps business dealings have been scrutinized for years, he has been audited for years. He has had an army of lawyers. They will find no serious crime.

Mueller will be embarrassed, unless he can nitpick something stupid which is not his charge.

Firing Cox led to the impeachment process and eventually to Nixon's resignation. But there there was an initial crime--the break-in at the Watergate hotel. John Dean had testified about conversations with Nixon and there were tapes of those conversations. It was incriminating snippets on the tapes that eventually forced Nixon to resign.

The current witch hunt has nothing similar...there is no evidence whatever of an initial crime. But Mueller is out to get someone--probably hopes he can bring down Trump but may be willing to settle for someone close to Trump like Trump's son or son-in-law.

No President has ever had to deal with such a wide-ranging fishing expedition in search of something, and almost from the outset of the administration.

I don't think congress is at fault here. Sessions recused himself and put Rosenstein in charge who immediatly hired muller.

This special investigator train wreck is 100 percent on Sessions.
