Completely FALSE.

I had a friend who made the same claim as the excuse for why he couldn't swim. I finally figured out the problem and once I explained to him what to do, he found out he could swim.

Completely true. Do some research.

So? Black can swim, learning is just a harder process due to buoyancy issues which make learning to swim about 1000 times more frightening. If you can’t naturally doggy paddle or float then learning to swim is much harder process that’s a lot more likely to get your drown.
