I guess Florida must not have a “depraved indifference” manslaughter or wrongful death statute on the books. Too bad, these “teens” deserve a good scare (at the very least).
Under the law of man they have no legal duty to do anything. Under god’s law they are an ethics waste land and hopefully rot in hell
