Are they normally selective about bestsellers?

I imagine they can be selective about publishers. Why would they need Milo’s own publishing house, as opposed to, say, Penguin Random House?

They definitely do hide books. As long ago as 1996 I had it out with a store manager who refused to put the book about Clinton that told the story of his draft dodging out on the table with all the other Clinton books. Can’t remember the title now. Ann’s books can be on the very bottom shelf where you really can’t see them if you are over 3 inches tall.

I had to special-order Milo’s book, and even then the sales clerk smirked and said “Dangerous!” as she put it in the bag.

Best $30 I ever spent, except maybe for two $15 tickets to Baryshnikov. He’s like a combo of Coulter and Gutfeld but not derivative of either, and a superlative explainer of how it is. I needed to read it and presume many others do too.
