I wouldn’t team up with Kamala Harris to move a couch in the Senate Cloakroom.

New Jersey recently got rid of their bail system. Crime is now spiraling out control. Liberal judges when given the option just let everyone out 5 minutes after their arrested. This is leads to longer crimes sprees.
Bail is useful because it ties up family assets in making sure the person shows up in court. The family then works hard to make sure the person involve shows up for court.
Well the good thing is that he’s doing us a service by drawing her out into the open. She’s taking positions that will ensure she never gets elected President. Not that she has any real chance anyway but she apparently thinks she does.

Exactly. I had hope when Trump got Sessions nominated that the number one priority would be a vigorous attempt to restore law and order in the inner cities and contiguous suburban slums and almost every elected Republican seems to shy away from the subject.

That might have been true once. Today most criminal defendants are black. Most black criminals don't have families in the sense you mean. When people show up for court it's because they don't have anywhere to go and nowhere to run.
Unless one considers serial killers as the most heinous of crimes since it involves torture killing of complete strangers, mostly women. I can’t think of too many black serial killers.

Repeat offenders. Those with long criminal backgrounds. Those that are known and probable flight risks. Those that are violent and dangerous and have proven it.

People forget that he is a LIBERTARIAN first, and those people simply hate the ‘state’ and what it stands for. One of the things that the ‘state’ does is jail people. I suspect, if you asked Rand privately, and he’d answer honestly, he’d agree with black leaders that prisons represent ‘state oppression’ and, for that reason, should simply be emptied.
These are some VERY SICK PEOPLE. Rand’s guiding thoughts often leads him to getting a lot of things right, but once in a while he looks like a TOTAL IDIOT because, as a Libertarian, he is simply missing a few cognitive functions - such as the ability to understand that really bad people exist, and they need to be kept separated from society...or else you have anarchy.
