For the life of me, I can not understand why Sessions is busying himself and wasting valuable time with asset forfeitures. Of all the big irons he should have in the fire right now, asset forfeiture should be at the bottom of his list.

Well then.... consider this:

What if the FBI was able to arrest and prosecute the Clintons and their various CLINTON FOUNDATIONS ?

Would you see asset forfeiture as a good thing ?

I worked for DEA for fifteen years and never had a big problem with asset forfeiture. It is Sessions that is making a big ideal out of a concept that has been around for hundreds of years. Again, this subject is nothing but dallying around when he should be getting on with locking her up. Apparently, somewhere in his past as a judge he developed this fixation with the issue and has it at the top of his agenda. Just goes to show how disorganized he is or, perhaps, it is intentional.
