We had that problem in Chicago in 1965. U of Chicago neighborhood. Heard that there were carjackings by gangs of children, as young as 9, who got away with the cars by putting blocks on the gas pedals so they could reach them. One group of students playing football on the Midway were attacked by a gang that included children as young as 11.

I wrote this after the Somali killed the Aussie woman in Minneapolis, but it also applies here.
After 70 generations (1,400 years) of Islamic first-cousin inbreeding, the average IQ in Somalia is a whopping 68. That IQ plus a harsh desert environment means that all they know is war and savagery.
You might as well try to harness a wild-caught wolf into a dogsled team with huskies as give an average or even above-average Somali a badge and a gun.
Watch this “Dogs Decoded” documentary starting at 31 minutes, about a wolf puppy raised in a home with humans. Perfect analogy to putting a Somali into a MN police uniform. Dogs and wolves are one species, they can readily breed, and they share 99.8% of genetic coding. 99.8%! They are no more different than pit bulls and poodles, yet what a difference that 0.2% makes!

This is deliberate social sabotage by progressives who believe that it’s not fair at a global level that some countries with smart populations should do better than other countries with low average IQ. Their “final solution” is to wreck the successful high-IQ nations.
And at the very top of the progressive pyramid, the bosses of bosses know that 3rd world nations are much easier to control and run as feudal fiefdoms.
Traditions in the home country - silly Swedes - you let vermin in, they bring their traditions with them.
A 68 IQ is about what our inner cities have, same results. Nothing but war and savagery.

I think it is more sinister than that. The liberals are idiots so they need even dumber people than themselves to control. They can’t control smart people so they allow in really dumb people they can control.
