Sounds like a warning to us and South Korea to me. Beyond a “your enemy is my enemy” knee jerk reaction, I can’t see supporting anyone as evil as Kim Jong Un. The Chinese have an unpredictable powder keg on their border.
China ultimately wants to pull South Korea into their orbit, by helping to take care of the “North Korea Problem”.
There is one thing that both China and South Korea are very leery of, and that’s North Korea descending into chaos, and having millions of refugees streaming over their borders, that’s a situation they are both desperate to avoid.
China is simply preparing for refugees at the border.
Hawaii, otoh, is prepping their people for a nuclear attack.
In short, everyone one knows his target is us.
