They are indeed Subordinate. It's the President who signs off on EVERYTHING....not the Senate.

Not until the House and Senate pass things first and send them to him. And they can override his veto.

We have three branches of government, separate but equal. I read that in a civics book once.

The senior senile senator from Arizona cannot issue an executive order. Nor can he nominate anybody for anything. Nor can he order military action. Nor can he pardon anyone. Nor can he sign a treaty. What have I left out?

Go back and read it again. The whole Senate and House are equal to the other branches not just the Senate, and certainly not this POS individually. I hate this bastard and so should every Republican and conservative. He should drop dead already. He has spent his entire career being a vile Quisling. I really believe he was injured in the plane crash, not by the VC,and his daddy’s status made him a well cared for prisoner. I also believe that story about incinerating other servicemen on the Forestal, and other stunts in the service, and his part in the Keating Five scandal. Read that. SOB John McCain. Closet Democrat and media darking. I regret having voted for the cheap punk for President.
