Sen. Paul’s bill failed 45-55, seven moderate Republican senators voted against the clean repeal bill. The Senate continues to try to coalesce around an Obamacare repeal compromise bill.

Paul called the bill the “Obamacare Repeal Reconciliation Act of 2017.”

Sen. Paul consistently opposed the leadership’s healthcare bill, the Better Care Reconciliation Act (BCRA); the BCRA failed to pass through a procedural vote Tuesday night in the Senate. Paul offered his clean Obamacare repeal bill that would repeal large sections of Obamacare.

You got it down!

The other traitors would have stepped up if those seven had not committed to sabotage.

Do nothing. Let Obamacare continue to crash and burn. Then next year we will see if these liberal Republicans have their phones ringing off the hook for repeal from people who can’t get coverage or have worthless insurance. As Obamacare collapses, more liberal Republicans will be forced to vote for repeal.

Or wait for a miracle and see if the GOP can’t pick up 8 Senate seats in the midterms and pass it without the liberal Republicans. McCain is a good start. He voted against clean repeal. He may be a war hero but he has been a worthless liberal since then.

This is what they mean when they say “Round up the usual suspects”.

These are all the usual liberal Republicans who always kill our Conservative hopes.

It seems clear at this point that this monstrosity will only be destroyed piece by piece.
If we can get rid of the individual mandate on this first round, that would put health care back into the freedom column and pull it out of the socialism column. This is the single biggest problem with O-Care.

Paul did a great job in exposing the treacherous worms who need to be primaried. I ,for one, thank him for this service.

Only bankruptcy and a massive fiscal crisis will stir anyone to discuss serious reform of government.

President Trump should have a team review the law and create a plan to implode the system as quickly as possible by taking every legal action the President is allowed to take.

For the masses those that can afford to should opt out of insurance and join a health co-op. The loss of money to the insurance system will hasten its demise.
