White House Communications Director Anthony Scaramucci took to Twitter late Wednesday evening to complain about the leaking of his financial disclosures to Politico for a story about his earnings at an investment firm he has an ownership stake in. In that tweet, he seemed to implicate White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus in the leak.
In light of the leak of my financial disclosure info which is a felony. I will be contacting @FBI and the @TheJusticeDept #swamp @Reince45

Obviously, there was a lot of speculation right away that Scaramucci was directly accusing Priebus. Well, that speculation is now over, per The New Yorker’s Ryan Lizza:

The document which was “leaked” is a financial disclosure form which he filed with the Office of Government Ethics and which was subsequently requested by a reporter. It was a matter of public record.

No, it takes a certain amount of days for them to become public record (I think 30 days).
Scaramucci apparently just recently submitted them, so the 30 days had not elapsed.
This was an internal leak.
How do you know no leak? (Reportedly many leaks.) Why would Trump need a fake leak charge to replace him?
And Priebus is in on the Ryan/Pence undermining of Trump—of course Pence wouldn’t want to see him go.
Scaramucci was appointed as senior vice president and chief strategy officer for the U.S. Export-Import Bank back in the middle of June. His disclosure would have been submitted before that. So the 30 day restriction has expired.

That's right. If one wants to go down that road then you could say most Republicans were supporting someone other than Trump during the primaries. That's how primaries work. At some point one has to move past the primaries.
