Derek Harvey was the key figure when it came to the Middle East. He was against the Iran Deal and the funding of Palestinian Authority terror. He called out Islamic Jihad. He tried to force out the Obama holdovers running our foreign policy.
And now he's gone.
McMaster's purge at the NSC continues. Flynn's people get forced out and replaced with establishment zombies. The Obama holdovers continue to run foreign policy. The swamp is now in full control of the NSC.
This one is a really big win for McMaster. And a great loss for America. It will set back our ability to fight Islamic terrorism. Iran, Al Qaeda and the Palestinian Authority are celebrating today.
President Trump can reverse his decision. Just as he overruled McMaster's bid to replace Ezra Watnick-Cohen, the guy who outed the Obama spying on Trump's people, with the woman who drafted the Benghazi talking points. Not to mention Mattis' plan to bring in Hillary's Secretary of Defense and the Muslim Broptherhood's favorite woman.
But Mattis and McMaster have forced out Derek Harvey. And it's up to President Trump to act. Or to let the McMaster-Mattis swamp control his foreign policy. And make sure it's Jeb Bush's foreign policy.

What do the leakers gain? What is their motivation?
1. Communicating w FBI part of his job.
2. Just a couple of years ago McM was hailed here.
3. THERE ARE JUST AS MANY TURF BUILDERS ON “OUR” SIDE as theirs, and I’m highly suspicious of reports like this. Remember “Bannon is gone” stories? Cernovich in particular seems to have favorites & srories like this are leaked to Greenfield who spruces them up for more respectable publications.
I love Mattis & he & McM have a ztrat that in six months has nearly destroyed ISIS. Read Thomas Wictor on Twitter who has followed this.

It is the ongoing subversion of America, the left over useful idiots of the latest effort to bring down America. They (Globalists) thought they had us bagged this time with the insertion of Obozo, with planned followup by Hitlery. Now, they are really, really pissed that a half century overthrow effort has been trashed. There are no words to describe their anger.
Trump appointed all these sleezy Obama generals to his administration and he can’t seem to understand why it isnt working.
McMaster was appointed after the Dems and RINOs ruined Flynn. I think McMaster was a compromise to the GOP made on the fly, and a bad compromise at that.

I agree about McMasters. However, Trump’s most trusted advisors are his daughter and son-in-law who are total liberals. As long as they are his trusted advisors, we will continue to see globalists like McMasters be hired. I can see issues coming up between Gen Kelly and those two and if that happens, Kelly will be the one leaving.
Tom Bethell and Joe Sobran came up with the metaphor of ‘The Hive’ to describe the group dynamics of the Left. I think it applies equally well to what is going on with the Deep State:

I’ll bet not one of these posters calling for his head know the first thing about McMasters before he was appointed to this last job. They haven’t read his book, probably don’t know it exists. Haven’t seen one of the dozens of Youtubes that would give them an idea of who he is. So he gets dismissed as an ‘Obama general’.

Trump could take control of most everything by appointing special assistants with the power of Obama’s Czars ... Then put an Executive Directive that a particular Czar has authority to oversea all functional departments given him/her... Then over a month or two - stop sending anything of importance to the suspect disloyal staff or those who just can’t cut it... Cut out authority to make decisions by making it necessary to have a Czar signing off. Six Trusted Trump Czars could make a world of difference in two months...
