And therein lies the reality. If he/they were truly serious, he would have done just that. He’d know that that was needed. IMHO they do not want it repealed. Not even one single component. Uniparty to the death.

What you say is true. But Mitch does not want obamacare repealed. He only wants the voters of Kentucky to believe that he does on election day. The question is whether he will be able to fool them once more. The evidence suggests that he will.
