Someone should do a correlation study between such DOS attacks and what news events are unfolding...or are about to unfold. If the attacker seems to know before the rest of the world that a major story is about to break (especially one that MSM won’t cover but the alternative media will,) that would be rather...interesting.

At the very least, perhaps you should reach out to the newly formed California Cyber Crime Center that was announced by former Attorney General Kamala Harris.
