Yep. Courts dont do anything without paper. There’s a trail.

Are you sure FISA judges are involved n approving the unmasking requests? (I don’t claim to know, but thought the requests went straight to the NSA.) Something that needs to come out, is what positions have authority to request these unmasking, who signs them, etc., and whether Samantha Power was authorized to do so, by whom and what authority? I persist in finding it highly unusual for a UN Ambassador to be in the raw intel business, and think that the NSA and FISA judges, if involved, should have strenuously questioned what she was up to. Copies of all of the process would be kept by the requestor, the judges, etc. No way could all this be swallowed by the Obama Library ruse.
