Later this year — unless President Trump intervenes — the American people will get access to the last of thousands of secret government files about a turning point in the nation’s history: the 1963 assassination of President John F. Kennedy.
The National Archives this week released several hundred of the documents, which come from CIA and FBI files, and of course, JFK researchers are scrambling to see whether they contain any new clues about the president’s murder. But many more documents remain under seal, awaiting release by this October, the 25-year deadline set by the 1992 Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act.
The law gives only one person — the president — the ability to stop the release from happening. He can act only if he certifies in writing that the documents would somehow endanger national security.

I can’t remember which channel it was on (history or discovery) but one of those that shows the all of the assassination stuff every November but they had some team of experts set up the scene in Australia. Had the snipers lair at the right elevation, same type of car with the seating aligned per available evidence, speed of the car and similar wind conditions. They used actual human skeletons in ballistic jelly to simulate the magic bullet theory and same make and model of ammunition and rifle.
Their test shots concluded that Oswald was in all likelihood the lone assassin and even the magic bullet shot showed similar deformation. It was quite an elaborate and impressive re-enactment.
It took the WC FOUR attempts to duplicate something close to the shooting.
Your demonstration did not use the same rifle. And the expert rifleman used by the WC could not duplicate the shots even with a working gun which had been repaired after it was seized. Almost all missed the target almost all the time. The fourth marksman was allowed to take his time and could only hit the target once. All four attempts were at a STATIONARY target.
Everything about the rifle stinks to high heaven when given even minimal scrutiny.
This was one of the worst rifles ever made and Oswald’s was even worse. The sights were screwed up, Oswald had never been shown to have practiced with it. His shooting in the Marines declined over the term of his enlistment to the point that he barely qualified for the lowest ranking. The scope was PLASTIC, a piece of cheap crap. Oswald was found two minutes after the shooting in the lunch room drinking a coke making it impossible for him to have run up five flights of stairs, arrange the “snipers nest”, accurately shot the President and run back down the same course. He was calm, not red, not out of breath after this impossible course of action.
The shot that blew out the President’s brains was from an exploding bullet not the ammo of the MC. Not that there was ever any proof provided that LHO actually purchased any ammo.
The simulations showing that Connolly could be hit with the Magik bullet are laughable and just show how impossible that claim is.
But the most obvious proof of a conspiracy was Jack Ruby’s murder of the patsy. He could not be allowed to talk or go to trial. That murder of critical witness (a Mafia routine) made it clear to all but the most obtuse that the Mafia was involved.
Your assumption is unwarranted.
That is what JFK wanted. Even though he had been warned a plot to kill him was in effect. Hoover did not warn him of the three reports from informers to the same effect. Hoover played the largest role in the WC cover-up.
In all that UNDERwhelming evidence there is not a scintilla of proof of a motive. Nor even a hint of LHO anger at the president. He liked him according to all reports.
Sounds like the way the media works - don’t pay any attention to the overwhelming evidence of a conspiracy we will tell you what to think. It is also of interest that the democratmedia has continually supported the Lone Assassin theory.
Since you seem to have valid information, can you tell me if any tracking of LHO’s movements prior to the killing has been revealed? Did he have a locker? If not, where did he hid the gun?
We know that he was seen at 12:15 in the lunch room and again at 12:32 in the same place. But what about before that 17 minute interval? An interval of unparalleled successful action.
When was he alleged to have built the snipers nest which involved 40 50 lb boxes?
The one thing about a deep conspiracy such as the JFK Assassination is how to keep ALL the People involved quiet.
Anyone involved having real Documentation could have made themselves rich and famous by exposing this. There is always a weak link.
Murder everyone involved (like they did in Goodfellas) and you only involve more people in the Conspiracy.

Oswald killed Kennedy, 9/11 wasn’t an inside job and there was no Roswell Alien Spacecraft Crash in 1947.

Almost twice as many witnesses pointed to the grassy knoll as the source of the shots rather than the TBD. Their testimony was ignored and not put in the body of the Report.
Voice analysis was only one piece of analysis. There never was a true investigation just a fixation on proving a lone assassin was responsible. The Report never pointed out Ruby’s long term connection with the Marcello mob in Dallas and explicitly lied about it.
Your scenario is not that of the WC. Oswald allegedly brought the rifle from the Paine’s residence that morning not his room. He left the TBD after the killing. He was going to take a taxi but gave it up to an old lady and took the bus. THE BUS as an escape vehicle - hilarious.
At least keep the lies consistent with the WC.
BTW a paraffin test showed he had not fired a gun that day.
Balls, we recognize many killings by non-entities. Your problem is that they always claim credit, but not Oswald.
Some of the records will not be released until 2039.
Such re-creations are only plausible if not carefully examined. One I saw made an assumption (shown to be incorrect by the photos) about Connolly’s seating. Even then it was absurd.
We have learned not to trust anything claimed by a Kangaroo Court and the media.
The actual evidence shows that the hit was planned and executed by the Mafia knowing that the FBI and CIA were compromised and would cover-up the actual killers. Add LBJ’s desire to close the case and the unwillingness to even examine the possibility of a conspiracy.
Even the exposed information shows that the WC was set up to validate the lone assassin theory, not investigate it. Hoover was the source of its information and he was compromised by his inaction about the plots.
Then you have the problem of there being two prior attempts within that month, in Chicago and in Tampa. Gianncana controlled the Chicago Outfit. Santos Trafficante was the Tampa Godfather. Dallas was under the control of the Marcello family. These were the president’s deadliest enemies and he was busting their balls.

How do you explain a two-bit hood who hated Kennedy killing his killer?
Yes, that was my point, he GTHO in the middle of the workday and after he shot, he headed home. He lived in Oak Cliff, not that far away. Supposed forensics tests or not, which are hardly infallible, it’s just not normal for someone to act like Oswald did post-shots. Killing the cop? And the hiding out in a theatre?Moving in and out of doorways in sync with cop cars blaring by? Ducking in without purchasing a ticket? Standing up with a gun when confronted by the cops? Yeah, you do that everyday I bet.
Every documentary I’ve seen utilizing not 1963 forensics, but modern forensics, have concluded LHO did it and acted alone. Any wildass conspiracy theory like yours would have required a coverup so huge and widespread, it couldnt have been pulled off nor would anyone have remained silent or documents not surfaced or found after 50 plus years.
There are unsolved mob hits that go back 80 yrs in Chicago so the idea that a conspiracy would be revealed is just silly. In fact, MOST Mafia hits are not solved.
This is not strange given the secrecy the group lives in at all times. Mix in a cover-up by the CIA (another outfit which lives by secrecy) and the FBI and it would be almost impossible for a conspiracy to be detected. EVERYONE did not want a real investigation, except the peons of course.
Given the pressure from the FBI on contrary witnesses to change their testimony. Outright lies in its reports as to what was said makes me doubt everything that is considered “proof”.
There are other explanations for Oswald’s actions after the shooting but I don’t want to go into them here. It involves his work with the intelligence organizations including the time in the USSR.
Your point about leaving actually proves he was NOT the killer. The actual killer would have stayed at work not drawing attention to himself by leaving. Oswald may have been many things but he was NOT stupid.
Doesn’t it seem odd to you that IMMEDIATELY he was identified as the killer? Took about an hour.
In addition to all that, you still have to account for his killing by a mobster.

The “real truth” will never be known. Too many theories. Too many problems with the official story. too many people and groups with motivation. Too many dead people now. Send the documents will be redacted so much it will be less that a readers digest version. Unless kennedy’s brain shows up in a jar with a bullet in the right front temple there is no way to unravel this ball of twine.
I talked to all four of my adult children about it and 2 grandkids and they couldn’t give a rats ass. This incident will go down in History as Oswald, because it is so convoluted now, no one believes anything.
