I thought civilians have to go through OPM to get a clearance. I did not know you could just write some guy and get it.
The letter is highly suspect, I agree. Also, who decided McMaster was going to get a flood of negative articles yesterday. I counted six and stopped. Not that I support him but that much press about one person within a few hours seems contrived to me.
