This is a major cultural clash.
We have a PA state univ.in town and the AA (affirmative action) president has been importing large numbers of inner city yutes from Filthadelphia (other side of the state) and Harrisburg leading to another culture clash and an increase in crime.
Enrollment has dropped as a result so realtors had a lot of empty properties not generating income.
A call to our SJW governor and bingo!

Expect to have a lot of paving and roofing "contractors" offering to fix your driveway or roof with "leftover" materials from a nearby job they just "completed".
You are describing what is occurring statewide in NJ as well; the Americans have abandoned whole areas, and we import Hispanics and Asians to keep the housing occupied (and most importantly, to keep the public school teachers employed). The dwindling number of Americans get the bills...
