Actually the whole state outside of Philly, Harrisburg and Pittsburgh did.
If we could give Philly to NJ this would be a decent state to live in.

I live not to far from this area...Seems to be happening to a lot of rural areas, Somerset County is getting a lot of NY welfare here, cause their hubbies are in a Prison located near by...and Government is building title 8 housing for them as well.
Never seen anything like this and it began under B. Hussein O. enough said.
