Maybe they’re trying to be the next Silicon Valley. Works for SanFran to have people crap in the streets and it is California, PA.

I hike in state parks where more and more areas are cut off with cable barriers and such because of this behavior (from other foreigners - not gypsies). Park superintendents, who often live there, find human waste around their houses.
