Why did Hawaii Govener Abercrombie describe Obama’s birth registration record as an actually-written document?
It proved that the official birthplace story (Kapiolanni Hospital) was a lie.
He started an investigation with a goal to destroy “birther” issue prior to 2012 elections. Yet shortly after giving an interview to CNN, when he mentioned actuallly-wrirrtrten document, Abercrombie stopped talking about Obama birth certificate.
Abercrombie had authority, under Hawaii law, to publish original birth registration index. It is quite telling that he did not do it, even after publicly saying that the damage being done to Obama reelection campaign was too big to be ignored and he was going to be the one to resolve birther controversy once and for all.
Governor Abercrombie described Obama’s birth registration document as an actually written one. He didn't describe a regular birth certificate issued to someone born in the Kapiolani hospital.
The state of Hawaii issued statements of verification for the Obama birth certificate 7 times in addition to Governor Lingle’s radio interview.

Under the Federal Rules of Evidence (Rules 902 & 1005) if a signed and sealed birth record is verified as authentic and accurate by the issuing authority, it is “self-authenticated.”
My point is simply that everything that could have been done to challenge Obama’s birth in Hawaii was done (76 federal court actions plus even more state court suits).
It's been awhile, but my recollection is that Michelle lost her license as the result of a plea bargain deal involving some corrupt scheme she was involved in at the mayor's office where she worked at the time.
Barak Obama's license was surrendered because a complaint was lodged against him for lying on his bar application.
He said on his bar application that he hadn't done any drugs or engaged in any other criminal behavior.
Trouble was, in his book he said that he routinely used illegal drugs, and so it was offered as an exhibit.
There was going to be an inquiry and Barack Obama was going to be disbarred, and so to avoid the embarrassment, he surrendered his law license.
