FULL TITLE - Deep State Teams with Fake News: Email Evidence Proves New York Times Soliciting Anti-Trump Bureaucracy Leakers

Emails from a reporter for the New York Times to government employees obtained exclusively by Breitbart News demonstrate that the newspaper’s employees are not just on the receiving end of leaks, but are actually soliciting government employees to become leakers. What’s more, the emails demonstrate the Times colluded with the president of government union to encourage and solicit these leaks—something that may become highly problematic for both institutions.

“Thanks again for taking the time to speak today,” Coral Davenport, an “Energy and Environment Correspondent” for the New York Times, writes in an email to John J. O’Grady of the EPA workers’ union. O’Grady is the president of the AFGE Council 238 in Chicago—which represents EPA workers.

“As I mentioned, I’m working on a story looking specifically at concrete examples of unusual secretary at E.P.A.,” Davenport states, continuing:

The Second American Renaissance began on February 2, 2018, when the Communist regime in North Korea launched a nuclear attack on Washington, DC. Congress was in session, and all 535 members perished, along with the Supreme Court and and estimated 80% of the Federal bureaucracy.

President Trump ordered the counterattack from his vacation home in Mar-a-Lago, and the North Korean regime was destroyed. Freed of government meddling, regulation and taxation, the United States flourished like never before, and would come to dominate global affairs for another 150 years.

Nice scenario! But, I’m afraid the 535 assholes in D.C. would have advance warning and be able to escape and continue f*cking the people of the U.S.!

We need an organization of 3-400 patriotic American detectives plus a central analysis center of about 1-200 to coordinate information. Also a team of 50 lawyers. The organization would gather information on crimes committed by liberals, RINOs and Deep State to then report it to the proper authorizes. After that the lawyers would follow up and sue or report to internal affairs if necessary to ensure justice. Do we have a conservative Soros to pay for such a group?

Publishing news is not against the law.

I believe soliciting to break the law is a crime.

Example: Soliciting to find a hit man for a murder.

And payment to close the deal is definitely a crime whether the event takes place or not.

There are news stories regularly that illustrate the point.

But notice that they invariably involve “little” people.

It is my understanding that Assange does not pay for info.

It is my understanding that the people who send him stuff do so because they are whistle blowers who feel they have no other means.

If their whistle blowing is criminal because it contains real national defense secrets, the whistle blower is the criminal.

Washington is so rotten that it is becoming difficult to determine whether there should be any secrets.

Certainly there should be only a fraction of what is now ruled secret. Much of what is ruled secret today really hides criminal activity.

Well I guess what I meant was all these people as a whole conspiring to bring down the President. Like Maxine Waters constantly constantly saying she wants the POTUS impeached or saying he will be impeached and she never mentions what for or what crime he broke, and then these ridiculous investigations and the constant fake news, to me this all falls under sedition which I looked up........

18 U.S. Code § 2384 - Seditious conspiracy

“If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.”

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2384

I’m not sure what they mean by “force” though. Do they mean breaking the door down to the White house while armed and physically removing Trump or forcing him out of office by other means such as fake charges, fake information? If so, then that is sedition.

To me what all these people are doing does indeed fall under sedition because of that one part of the code: “conspire to overthrow” and “levy war against”. I guess it depends on what the definition of “war” would be, but to me, this sure as hell looks like they’ve declared war on him. The bottom line is they are working against the best interests of the United states. It’s one thing if a sitting President commits a crime, THEN you take appropriate action, but to actively look for ANY crime for the sole purpose of removing him because you do not like him as POTUS to me is sedition.

Can these people be charged with sedition?

One would think so!! Hello Sessions!?!?

A revolt or an incitement to revolt against established authority, usually in the form of Treason or Defamation against government.

Sedition is the crime of revolting or inciting revolt against government. However, because of the broad protection of free speech under the First Amendment, prosecutions for sedition are rare. Nevertheless, sedition remains a crime in the United States under 18 U.S.C.A. § 2384 (2000), a federal statute that punishes seditious conspiracy, and 18 U.S.C.A. § 2385 (2000), which outlaws advocating the overthrow of the federal government by force. Generally, a person may be punished for sedition only when he or she makes statements that create a Clear and Present Danger to rights that the government may lawfully protect (schenck v. united states, 249 U.S. 47, 39 S. Ct. 247, 63 L. Ed. 470 [1919]).

The crime of seditious conspiracy is committed when two or more persons in any state or U.S. territory conspire to levy war against the U.S. government. A person commits the crime of advocating the violent overthrow of the federal government when she willfully advocates or teaches the overthrow of the government by force, publishes material that advocates the overthrow of the government by force, or organizes persons to overthrow the government by force. A person found guilty of seditious conspiracy or advocating the overthrow of the government may be fined and sentenced to up to 20 years in prison. States also maintain laws that punish similar advocacy and conspiracy against the state government.
