It’s not as upscale as the Upper East Side but, yes, it is a nice part of town. When we travel to NYC, we usually stay near W. 79th and Broadway.

I see you're getting a lot replies but Just FYI - in the apartment building shown in the 2nd video, depending on size of apt and bedrooms, probably sell for $4-$8 million per unit.
