Anyone that has the slightest bit of knowledge of the recent history of the world knows that North Korea is a surrogate for China. Remember the Korean War? As soon as the Norks were getting their butt kicked, China intervened, massively.

How do you think the Norks got long-range ballistic missile technology? Nuclear weapons technology? How did they miniaturize nukes so quickly?

So now that the Norks can be the "wild card" foil in Asia - and China can pretend that they aren't involved - we are stuck with an internationally dangerous North Korea and China can pretend to be uninvolved.

By telling us "not to strike first", they're telling us to allow the Norks to complete their nuclear delivery arsenal unimpeded.

Excellent post. China has a muscle called Korea. Every time Korea acts up, they are following orders.
