Isakson is 70 and has Parkinson’s since 2013. I wish him well, but he should have retired. DC is the real disease, and most of the Permanent Political Class has it.

I was disappointed that he 1. did not retire and 2. was not challenged during the primary. I refused to give him my vote...just left that race unchecked. I do not understand why someone ill would hang around D.C. rather than returning to the comfort of home.
If D.C. is his home, therein lies the problem for the we the electorate.
With technology Congressmen need to be in their home state more than D.C. and away from the influence of lobbyists.
