New York Times: ‘Dishonest’ and ‘Afraid’ Google CEO Sundar Pichai Should Resign
breitbart ^ | 11 Aug 2017 | CHARLIE NASH

A columnist for The New York Times has called upon Google CEO Sundar Pichai to resign following the controversial dismissal of former employee James Damore. Damore was fired from his position at Google this week after publishing a viewpoint diversity manifesto, which examined reasons why there are fewer women in tech jobs and called for more ideological diversity in Google’s workplace.

In a memo, Google CEO Sundar Pichai claimed Damore had advanced “harmful gender stereotypes in our workplace,” despite the fact that numerous psychologists, male and female, deemed the manifesto to be scientifically accurate.

“There are many actors in the whole Google/diversity drama, but I’d say the one who’s behaved the worst is the C.E.O., Sundar Pichai… the supposed grown-up in the room,” wrote New York Times columnist David Brooks on Friday. “He could have wrestled with the tension between population-level research and individual experience. He could have stood up for the free flow of information. Instead he joined the mob. He fired Damore and wrote, ‘To suggest a group of our colleagues have traits that make them less biologically suited to that work is offensive and not O.K.'”

“That is a blatantly dishonest characterization of the memo. Damore wrote nothing like that about his Google colleagues,” he continued. “Either Pichai is unprepared to understand the research (unlikely), is not capable of handling complex data flows (a bad trait in a C.E.O.) or was simply too afraid to stand up to a mob.”

“Regardless which weakness applies, this episode suggests he should seek a nonleadership position,” Brooks concluded. “We are at a moment when mobs on the left and the right ignore evidence and destroy scapegoats. That’s when we need good leaders most.”

Do something about it, if you use Youtube/Google, delete them from your life. Only use platforms that wholly support free speech and free expression.

Easier sayd than done, eh? Go to Breitbart. Go to Realclear? Go to ConservativeTreeHouse? Lots of youtube embedded vids. I agree with your sentiment, but the world is as it is for now.

Not about free speech. It’s about toxic workplace environment.

In the 1990s...I worked in a particular career field within the military that had nothing to do with technology or computers. At some point, an introduction phase was occurring and I ended being pushed into the trend as a trainer for software applications. This meant that I had to interact with the engineers, geeks, nerds, and techies.

I had no trouble in fitting into this new trainer situation and relating applications to actual users. But when it came time to sit down and engage with the hardware/software engineers...I came to regard them as juvenile, fairly incapable of making rational decisions beyond their trade, and living mostly within a ‘bubble’.

I retired in 2013 and regard that twenty-year period of interaction with the engineers and geeks as a stimulating period. As long as you can keep them focused on a precise trail within their capability...they are a benefit to society. Beyond that, you really don’t want them in a leadership position, or a situation of authority.

This suggestion in the past month that Zuckerberg (the Facebook guru) thinking of a run for Presidency.....has me a bit amused and worried. If you went looking for a hundred skill-sets that a President ought to have, I doubt that you will find more than three sets (of a hundred) that he might presently have.

He should resign... Then in a perfect world, he should have the crap knocked out of him.

People are getting sick and tired of this liberal garbage and absolute nonsense.

Avoiding YouTube is wholly impractical and frankly absurd.

If people want to hurt them in the pocket, then get ad block plus and block any ads on YouTube videos, or if you see an ad, write the company and tell them that you saw their ad on the site, and will not do business with them.

For ever one person that swears to never use the site, 30 thousand kids will still be there to make up the difference. YouTube is far more than political videos.

I know of some people who work at Google.

My take is the following:

If you marry and American girl and you have a fight, and she runs to her friends and family to complain about you - almost for certain they will scream DIVORCE HIM, and CLEAN HIS CLOCK.

If you marry a foreign-born girl from a family with traditional values (as I did) and you have a fight, her family (at least) would insist that she try as hard as she can to work it out.

So which case above gets the girl even angrier? The first case, since her position is being reinforced over and over again.

How does this relate to Google as opposed to other companies? Well they have their internal ‘discussion groups’ where the people working there, particularly the females, literally trash the crap out of white males, and almost make a game of amplifying each other with their vile hatred. They do it openly and without fear. Finally something had to snap there. Other (legacy) companies generally don’t have those types of platforms - they expect people to go to work, do their jobs, and keep their hatred, if any, of others to themselves - hence the white males at those companies don’t have to put up with nearly the amount of horrific rhetoric aimed at white male employees at Google...and hence Google is the company that has now totally boxed themselves in, with white males wondering why they should even bother staying there (and trust me, the good ones can leave on a dime), and now, due to the amplification effect, the women claiming that they’re treated worse than women in the Middle East - when, in fact, they literally have NO CLUE as to what professional women of past generations have had to deal with.

So it’s Google’s fault, and they have a mess. But, at the very least, they need to SHUT DOWN those forums, and do that fast. They don’t accomplish a damn thing when they spew more hatred toward white males than even the KKK could come up with towards blacks, if they had a similar forum.

You can’t emotionally learn organic chemistry. No matter how hard you look at it, the female physical body is designed to be dominant feminine. While this facilitates empathy, compassion, creativity and attachment necessary for bonding with children, it does not facilitate linear, logical thought processes or memory recall for large quantities of factual information.

While both males and females can alter their consciousness into either masculine or feminine dominant aspects, there are significant side effects of doing so.

Sexual attraction regarding gender is a function of dominant aspect of consciousness and what is intellectually acceptable. If it is not acceptable for a feminine male to be gay he will just seek a masculine female and vice versa.

Thus, sexual attraction is primarily a function of the dominant aspect of consciousness and the corresponding attributes exhibited in personality, thought processes and behavioral characteristics are also directly influenced by the same.

Ever since my death experience I have extreme sensitivity to human consciousness and perceive it as a physical object. I feel people’s thoughts and stored memories all the way back to conception as physical objects in a field around the body.

Memories are stored as holograms at the intersection of the two aspects of consciousness, which can be retrieved through either aspect. Logical masculine consciousness stores and retrieves memories in a linear directory format while the emotional feminine stores and retrieves memories based upon the frequency of emotional indices attached to the actual memory. This is why emotional bridging is a powerful tool for retrieving suppressed memories and also why PTSD creates havoc with many lives.

I have found that failure to match the stimulus to the dominant pattern of a child’s consciousness creates many learning disabilities. The child can be very intelligent, but not comprehend material that is not matched to their consciousness pattern.

"“We are at a moment when mobs on the left and the right ignore evidence and destroy scapegoats. That’s when we need good leaders most.”"

WHAT mob on the right????? David Brooks should resign, too, along with the rest of the editorial masthead of the New York Times.

We are at a moment when mobs on the left and the right ignore evidence and destroy scapegoats. That’s when we need good leaders most.

So where can we find these right-wing mobs?

On university campuses?

On the streets of large American cities?

In the New York Times lunchroom?

In big corporate board rooms?

I guess I will have to keep looking--maybe Antarctica has them.

“Either Pichai is unprepared to understand the research (unlikely), is not capable of handling complex data flows (a bad trait in a C.E.O.) or was simply too afraid to stand up to a mob.”

Or he is, first and foremost, a leftist ideologue who doesn't care if the company takes a short-term hit, as long as the revolution is served.

" delete them (Google/Youtube) from your life. "

It's not a good strategy to cede the battlefield.

We need to bring the debate to where the snowflakes live and that's YouTube.

At least he acknowledges that the hive mind left is a mob

We have to understand that as a longtime acolyte, he can only rationalize his discovery by equivocation and projection that Trump voters are influenced by an equal, and opposite rightwing hive mind mob

“WHAT mob on the right?????”

You can always tell a cuckservative when they cannot say anything bad about the left without also saying something bad about the right, and especially when it isn’t true.
