The guy owns the car so it wouldn’t be very sneaky to plant the owner inside his own car. Weak theorizing. And I’m not even sold on this being an intentional act of violence.
IF it was preplanned he would have rolled up the sidewalk and gotten a much bigger body count. That’s what the Muzzies have been doing. Looks like road rage and/or panic, IMO.
Panic is possible. One of the BLM protests blocked a roadway and the driver plowed through them. Nobody killed though.
