He attacked with a deadly weapon. He sent people flying through the air, smashing to the ground, and under the wheels of the car he drove into dozens of people. He was the attacker. He was the instigator.

Prove it. Show that he instigated the violence. Incidentally, merely being a Nazi is not proof (it's reprehensible, but it's covered under the First Amendment). To blame him, you have to show he got physical first.

Vehicles attack have been done by ISIS multiple times this year in Europe.

Name an ISIS attack in which the terrorist was fleeing infidels. It takes a moron to connect him to ISIS.
