Big problem: You don't know if he was a murderer since his windshield was already damaged before his initial ram, and he is quite clearly attacked after the ram. There's a high probability it was panic after having his car attacked.

Second problem: we're not sure if it's "murder" to run over BLM and ANTIFA people. It might be a misdemeanor.

Even murder is not obvious; I want to know what he has to say. Did he intend to ram those people, or did he panic when Antifa terrorists surrounded his car and started throwing rocks at it? This may just be manslaughter. I'm waiting for more information.
