Due to medical treatments, all of my childhood immunizations are no longer effective. Everyone is at risk for TB though. We should not be having so many issues with these decades old epidemic diseases. The anti vaxxers are not helping matters. Although I try and empathize with their rights, the consequences of their decisions are exacerbating the transfer of diseases.

Hate to say this but I think they should be forced to be treated.
I think testing for TB (and other diseases) ought to be mandatory for visitors or “immigrants” from anywhere it, TB Or other diseases), is still an often communicated disease; and testing positive should mean denial of a visa, of any sort, to enter the U.S.
Testing positive should mean mandatory treatment - and testing negative should mean mandatory HIV testing.
Food service workers being tested for TB or hep is so 1970s.
I do not usually buy coffee at Starbucks. I might have once or twice when on vacation or at an airport.
