Wouldn’t it be nice if the Governor, had the case tossed out, at the request of the President, thereby not needing a pardon, then as the judge is a political appointee, remove and replace, as is the presidents choice for a republican appointee. Then, in an advisory role, request Joe to help with the border problem.
1 2 3 in your face, not political as the governor did the work, and its not retaliatory to replace the offending judge, nothing personal...but, JMO
