A teen burned, buried her baby? So what?

Brooke “Skylar” Richardson, an Ohio teen, landed in court last week for killing, burning and burying her newborn daughter, birthed a day or two after the school prom in May. She pleaded, “Not Guilty.”

No big deal; we’ve been legally killing kids since 1973.

If she hadn’t been so distracted preparing for prom, a quick trip to Planned Parenthood the day before would have done the trick with no negative ramifications. What difference does a day make?

Granted, it’s a photo, but she looks lifeless. Dead eyes, no emotion. Maybe she doesn’t even realize the import of what she did.

I hate to say this, but she didn’t get pregnant by herself.

On other threads some guys have fondly recounted casual encounters with women they didn’t care about and who passed quickly out of their lives.

In some states she could have had a late term abortion, partial birth abortion legally.

What she did is murder under the rules of law. Partial birth abortion is not but it is morally murder just as vile as what that girl did.

I can not understand why young girls and women do this. There are many thousands of couples and families that can not have children. They would take each and every one of these Gods gifts and love them and raise them. I just do not understand.

All too true, and sadly so, but in the end, we all have different circumstances, different trials, different blessings. None of it is easy to comprehend. I pray not to understand God's will in circumstances that I don't understand, but to accept with humility.

This girl got pregnant. Perhaps she told the father or not. It matters not. The baby lived in her body. When she found out she was pregnant, she could have made different choices. She could've told her parents. She could've made arrangements to have the baby adopted. She could even have had an abortion, a repugnant choice, but legal. She did none of these things.

And they can even leave the baby at a Safe Harbor or whatever the term is. They aren’t asked any questions. For the life of me, I don’t understand this choice and the declarations of
‘confusion’ that follow it.

Family institute smeared as one of 32 Illinois “hate groups,” along with neo-Nazis and skinheads

CAROL STREAM - The Illinois Family Institute’s traditional values principles were once again smeared Monday when an Illinois-based Reuters reporter gave credence to the list of Southern Poverty Law Center’s list of 32 Illinois-based “hate groups.”

Being included alongside 31 other neo-Nazi and black separationist groups as an “anti-LGBT” hate group is “morally indefensible” and “intellectually dishonest” of the Center, IFI writer Laurie Higgins wrote in an email.

The Richardson’s baby girl is dead. Then she was burned up and buried like so much garbage. Unless someone else helped her, Skylar’s “not guilty” plea is a lie.

Unless a doctor helped her Skylar’s ‘not guilty’ plea is a lie.

It takes a doctor’s license to make murdering a baby legal.

From what I remember hearing or reading she killed this poor baby a year ago. I might be mistaken about this though.

If it was a year ago certainly someone else knew for a long time and didn’t say anything. I can’t believe she would have kept it a secret from a best friend or even her parents
for that long.
